These vendors may process the information for the purpose of providing their services to the site owner and in accordance with the terms and arrangements applicable to the use of their services. The site owner may replace vendors, add vendors, or change the systems used, provided that the use of information remains connected to the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with applicable law.

Among the vendors active at the time of this policy update are, among others: GoDaddy / Airo (hosting, operations, and form management platform) and GoDaddy SCC C2 (measurement and analytics tool). This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.

The handling of information and materials provided in the context of a professional engagement may also be subject to the engagement agreement and the confidentiality arrangements to be established between the parties.

H. Transfer of Information Outside Israel

Service providers used to operate the site may process or store information outside Israel, in accordance with the infrastructure they use and their terms of service.

I. Retention of Information

Information will be retained for as long as reasonably required for handling the inquiry, managing the relationship, protecting legal rights, and complying with legal requirements, and no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

J. Information Security and Third-Party Services

The site owner takes reasonable and customary measures, in accordance with the nature of the activity and the information, to reduce the risk of information loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

The site and professional activity rely, among other things, on internet infrastructure, hosting, cloud, communication, and third-party systems. These systems are not fully within the site owner's control, and it is not possible to guarantee absolute security or complete protection against failures, breaches, information loss, disruptions, or security incidents.

Subject to the provisions of applicable law, the site owner will not be liable for damage arising from a failure, disruption, security incident, or action of an external infrastructure, system, or vendor, to the extent the incident occurred outside the site owner's reasonable control. Nothing herein derogates from liability that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

The site includes links to external services, including LinkedIn. These links are subject to the privacy policies of those services, and the site owner has no control over how they process information.

M. Minors

The site and services are not intended for minors, and there is no intention to knowingly collect information from minors.

N. Measurement Tools and Privacy Preferences

The site uses the GoDaddy SCC C2 measurement tool, operated through GoDaddy infrastructure, for statistical analysis and improving the site experience.

The measurement tool is used in accordance with the user's choice in the consent banner displayed on the site. The choice is stored in the browser using local storage for up to 365 days.

The choice can be changed or revoked at any time through the 'Manage Privacy Preferences' link at the bottom of the site.

O. Additional Provisions in the Context of a Professional Engagement

When a professional engagement takes place between the site owner and a client, the handling of information and materials provided in the context of the engagement will also be subject to the engagement agreement, the confidentiality undertaking, or any other arrangement established between the parties. These arrangements may include separate provisions regarding the use of information, its retention, transfer, processing through vendors and technological systems, and limitation of liability. In the event of a conflict between this policy and a specific arrangement established in writing between the parties, the specific arrangement will prevail, subject to the provisions of applicable law.

P. Changes to the Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, including as a result of changes to the site, services, technological systems, vendors, or legal requirements. The date of the last update will appear at the top of the page. In the event of a material change to the purposes of use or the manner of processing information, an appropriate notice will be published on the site, and where required by law, additional consent will be requested from the user.
